Because many of our items are made-to-order or delivered digitally, all sales are not eligible for standard returns.

  • Replacements only for damaged or defective items

  • Must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Photo proof required

  • No returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect selection

All ShineOn Accessories

This policy applies to all ShineOn accessories, including but not limited to:
keychains, watches, wallets, necklaces, bracelets, and other gift accessories.

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged or defective items

  • Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Photo proof is required to process a claim

🚫 We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect item selection

  • Normal wear and tear

Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.
